The adult male specimen above was found in a small scrape sample of Corallina officinalis collected from a pool on the middleshore at Lariggan Rocks, Wherrytown, Penzance, Cornwall. 15.09.20.

The female specimen above was found on a sample of the non-native red algae, Pikea californica, collected outside Newlyn Harbour, Newlyn, Cornwall. 26.02.15. Note the blue spot, typical for females here.
