Photographed on seasonally beached moorings buoys and blocks on the Fal Estuary at Mylor Churchtown, near Falmouth, Cornwall. Also photographed under a rock on the lowershore at Wherry Rocks, Wherrytown; and Albert Reef, Penzance, Cornwall.

Thanks to Wilfried Bay-Nouailhat for the identification of the early stage C. intestinalis that was caught in a plankton net, 04.07.17.
