Ten specimens were found on opening a sand and gravel filled Scotty bait jar that had previously washed-up at Whipsiderry Beach, Newquay. SW83086317. 17.12.16 approx.. The bait jar had been found trapped between rocks between the tide marks by Tracey Williams who'd collected it.

The author here found the species on 18.01.17 and sent specimens to Dr. Peter Shaw at Roehampton Unversity, and Peter has kindly identified the species and has determined it is Anuridella marina.
