Images were taken on beach west of Long Rock long stay car park, Long Rock, Penzance, Cornwall. 22.10.13.

Substance first reported to have washed ashore on the 20.10.13 in the Porthcurnow area of West Cornwall. It was also washed up at Praa Sands and at Long Rock, 22.10.13, and may, by ingestion, be responsible for multiple dog illness, including death.

Substance identified as Palm Oil. Clearance started 24.10.13.
